Bad news about Ning Account of Atong Press

We have received information from the operators of Ning Networks that they are converting to "paid accounts" only starting July 2010. Since we cannot afford to buy our Ning network, we are sad to announce that we are losing this site because of our decision to stay using "free blog" accounts so far. Good bye Reymond Mondano



We regret to hear of news of the death of our former colleague Reymond Mondano, now a police man. He used to be a reporter of Central Mindanao Newswatch from 2002 to 2004. He has also joined another news agency as contributor. He died of a vehicular accident this week.

His body lies in state at the Camp Ramon R. Onahon in Malaybalay City. Interment was scheduled on April 17, 2010 (Saturday) 9a.m. in Malaybalay City.More details to follow.
